A REAL INSPIRING NETWORK

Skyscrapers, a green park walk is in the middle of downtown Boston. Between these high buildings is tighten a large network. Impressively, powerful and even light it flies in the wind.

“As If It Were Already Here” is the installation of the artist Janet Echelman. The hand-woven net structures of polyethylene fibers weigh more than a ton and over 100 miles of cable was used.

At nightfall it shines in intensive colors and the installation seems intergalactic hover between the houses. Just fantastic.
