We found a literally New York hotspot. The hip ACE HOTEL is located in 29th St. in Midtown Manhattan and provides a free Wifi hotspot for all – not only for hotel guests. Perhaps thats why they succeeded to become a meeting point (hotspot) for creative people and entrepreneurs. In the great, historic lobby you can feel cultural flair, arts and entrepreneurship in the air.

The hall is full of people – every chair, leather sofa and even the bar is crowded. It feels a bit like your staying in an apple office or just with a clan of nerds and creatives. As there are all faces hided by their Macbooks with the bright apple logo.

The style of this hotel is perfect, characteristic, consistent and still surprisingly. This typical New York building and the entrance with light bulb letters is inviting the people to come in. Inside you can still see these traditional style in decoration, lamps and furniture – but these ones are equipped with power outlets for the digital nomads. A photo box, the murals, the signs or the ironic patters everywhere are just fun.

The drink and snack menu is great and the in house coffee shop, a restaurant, a event venue, a cute shop (for things you don’t really need but just want) complete the services. Every hotel room looks stylish and has every simple amenities you need. Really a great deal for Manhattan.

Check in, eat, drink and dine is highly recommended. But stop by and use the free wifi while observe the people and absorb the atmosphere is a MUST.
