INSPIRED EXPERIENCE | THE MILL

THE MILL

WHEN TWO GOOD THINGS ARE BECOME ONE GREAT

We love coffee! On our expedition cafés are often the first places we’re looking for. Long for a hot, full-bodied and fresh brewed coffee covered with soft foam. Again and again we are searching for a great café that invite us to linger. Sometimes they are our workplace, sometimes just for reading or of course as our place to meet others.

In the same way we love good bread and that is hard to find in many countries. Sometimes, even for weeks I yearn for crispy, fresh, grained and sappy bread. For good bread I can really go crazy and my passion sometimes seems limitless when I can enjoy such of it. I love the smell of fresh bread, when you open the door of the bakery or when it rises out of the bag with freshly baked goods. I love the taste of the crust that cracks with every bite and the cozy feeling in your stomach afterwards. But why am I telling you this?

In San Francisco i was double satisfied in THE MILL – here harmonizes perfect coffee with great bread in every variation. It is a cooperation of Josey Baker Bread and coffee roastery Four Barrel Coffee. Together they have created THE MILL – a place where their products come together and can be enjoyed in an atmospheric setting. The cafe not only impresses with its selected products and its great interior, but also by a team which is with passion behind the counter and celebrate the weekly highlights like on Monday “The Mill Pizza Night”. A place where people love to go and to be, where the smell of fresh bread is around, the coffee is covered with soft foam and the crust cracks with every bite.

Well worth a visit and then you’ll wish there were a THE MILL just around the corner. Look here to get a small pictorial taste:
